Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- Perishable items, opened food/treats, medications, or hygiene products cannot be returned
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery for replacement or refund
Return Process
- Contact our customer service at support@wuffmeow.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason
- Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number and send you a prepaid return label
- Package the items securely and drop off your return at any authorized carrier location
- No restocking fees will be applied
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
- Allow 5–7 business days after your return is received for processing
